I, rushone2009 aka litebread, regret to announce my resignation from the project Bladecraft due to persoanl issues. My life has become a giant mess, and I simply can not keep this project up. MrShortee will take over, and I will instruct him on what he should do, but I can not give any guarantees.
Thank you and good bye.

MINECRAFT 1.0 IS FINALLY OUT
We at Bladecraft are very excited for the final release of Minecraft, and will begin to adapt the new version with all of it's features to the Project. Stay tuned, and most of all, believe in us. We don't have much yet, but our plans and ambitions are great and we really hope that once we are live, we'll get lots of feedback and create an opportunity for players to try something new in Minecraft. As we all know, it took a while for Notch to develop the game, and he was just one guy working on a small project (just like us). Now the game has blown up. We hope we can create this server so that people can get more out of Minecraft. See you soon!

Hey there! If you are reading this then you have most likely already seen the new splash page. This page will allow new players to easily download the Custom Spout Client (Coming soon) in order to play on the server. The Splash Page will be modified to have more information and have more stuff to look at soon. Stay tuned!

Minecraft is in 1.8. The server is running Vanila for you to test it out. The server is now open for applications and the work will start. We will start work on the map, plugins and the client. Shortee is continuing his work on the texture pack, and will soon start on custom sounds, while rushone2009 will start advertising and recruiting. We are still waiting for the Bukkit and Spout software to update, which will probably take a couple of days. Stay Tuned!

Yes, BladeCraft will be a 40 slot server! The official McMyAdmin Pro software has been bought and this means we can now make unlimited ammount of slots! This is great news, and we hope this project will turn out to be bigger than you expect.

1.8 is coming out pretty soon (September 8th to be almost precise, although Mojang is known to be late with the updates), and this will be time where all of hell will break loose. We will be working on the server, but we are limited by the time it takes to update all of our software. After the Bukkit and Spout Dev teams update their software, we will begin the process of customizing the server. This will mean the general customization of the Spoutcraft Client and the Server side plugins. We want the player to have as little need to use commands as possible, meaning shortcuts will be created, such as pressing the 'h' button on your keyboard will bring up help with all the shortcuts in a visual screen. Yes, this means no more messy chat commands. The chat will be reserved for chat itself between players, and all the notification will be done through a comprehensive gui via the client. This also means new achievements will be created.
Right now we are going to start working on the map, plan for which you can see in the below post. We are going to advertise and find professional builders who will have an exclusive access to the whitelist. All plans for the map will be put out on the forums, which we seek to have heavy use for the users and builders.
If you are curious as to the progress of the map, we will put out a feed of the map which will be constantly updated soon.
